Premier Health Partners Acquires Vanguard Imaging Partners
Effective December 31, 2009, Vanguard Imaging Partners (VIP) will cease operations. The seven VIP imaging centers have been acquired by Premier Health Partners (PHP) and, effective January 1, 2010, will operate under the new ownership of Atrium Medical Center, Good Samaritan Hospital, and Miami Valley Hospital.
PHP is committed to delivering the highest level of service to our patients. The radiologists and staff at each center will continue to provide the latest in imaging technology combined with the best possible care.
