PHP Compliance and Audit Committee
The Compliance and Audit Committee provides assistance to the Board of Trustees in overseeing and supervising the financial reporting process, internal checks and balances, the audit processes (both internal and external), and the process for monitoring compliance with laws and regulations. In doing so, it is the responsibility of this committee to maintain free and open communication between the committee, the external auditors, internal auditors, corporate compliance, and management of PHP.
